3. Subscription & Payment Terms
Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable as outlined in our Refund Policy
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period
Payment Method
You authorize us to charge your provided payment method on the agreed billing cycle. Failed payments may result in service suspension
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use invyra for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. Prohibited activities include:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringing on intellectual property rights of others
- Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Interfering with or disrupting the platform's operation
- Using automated tools (scrapers, bots) without written permission
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the invyra platform, including its software, design, branding, and content, are owned by invyra. This includes patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.
- You retain ownership of your business data entered into the platform
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of invyra's software or branding
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our platform
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement under these conditions:
- By You:Cancel your account at any time from your settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period
- By Us:We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these terms, illegal activity, or actions that threaten platform security
- Effect:Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. Your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, invyra shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption
- Damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform
- Third-party services integrated with the platform
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold invyra harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of invyra after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to invyra's jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
11. Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and invyra regarding your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
