Shopify
Connecting Shopify syncs your products, variants, and stock levels between Invyra and your store automatically — no manual updates needed.
How to connect
In the dashboard sidebar, click "Ecommerce" then choose Shopify.
Click "Connect Shopify Store". You'll be redirected to Shopify to authorize Invyra.
Log in to your Shopify admin and approve the permissions. Invyra needs read/write access to Products and Inventory.
Once authorized, you'll be redirected back to Invyra. Your products will begin importing automatically — this usually takes under 2 minutes.
What gets synced
- Products and variants (title, SKU, price, images)
- Stock levels — updated in real time when orders come in
- New products added in Shopify appear in Invyra automatically
- Stock edits in Invyra push back to Shopify
Sync schedule
Invyra runs an automatic sync every hour. You can also trigger a manual sync at any time from the Ecommerce page by clicking "Sync Now".
Troubleshooting
Check that your Shopify store has inventory tracking enabled for each product. Products with tracking disabled will be skipped.
Your Shopify token may have expired. Go to Ecommerce → Shopify, disconnect and reconnect your store to re-authorize.
If you have multiple Shopify locations, Invyra syncs your primary location. Make sure stock is assigned to the correct location in Shopify.
