Team
Invite your staff to Invyra and assign them roles that control what they can see and do. Each team member logs in with their own account.
Inviting a team member

Go to "Team" in the sidebar and click "Invite Member".

Enter their email address and select their role.

They'll receive an email with a link to create their account. The invite expires after 48 hours.

Once they accept, they'll appear in your Team list and can log in immediately.
Roles and permissions
Admin
- ·Full access to everything
- ·Manage billing and plans
- ·Invite and remove team members
- ·Connect integrations
Manager
- ·View and edit inventory
- ·Manage orders and deliveries
- ·View analytics
- ·Cannot access billing or integrations
Staff
- ·View inventory
- ·Create and update orders
- ·Cannot edit inventory quantities directly
- ·Cannot view analytics or settings
Viewer
- ·Read-only access
- ·Can view inventory, orders, and analytics
- ·Cannot make any changes
Driver
- ·Access to the Driver view only
- ·Can view assigned deliveries and update status
- ·No access to inventory or other features
Removing a team member
Go to Team, find the member, and click the three-dot menu → Remove. Their account is deactivated immediately and they can no longer log in. Their past activity and logs are preserved.
