Warehouse
The Warehouse module lets you organise inventory across multiple physical locations — shelves, zones, storage rooms, or separate warehouses — and track stock movements between them.
Setting up locations
Go to Warehouse in the sidebar. Click "Add Location" to create your first location. Give it a name like "Main Warehouse", "Store Room A", or "Counter".
Each location tracks its own stock independently. You can assign any inventory item to one or more locations.
Assigning stock to locations
Open any item from the Inventory page and select a location from the dropdown to assign stock. You can split a single product across multiple locations — for example 50 units in the main warehouse and 10 units at the sales counter.
Stock transfers
To move stock between locations, go to Warehouse → Transfer Stock. Select:
- →The item to move
- →Source location (where it's coming from)
- →Destination location (where it's going)
- →Quantity to transfer
Transfers are logged in the movement history so you always have a full audit trail.
Movement history
Every stock movement — transfers, adjustments, sales, and deliveries — is logged with a timestamp and the user who made the change. Go to Warehouse → History to view and filter the log.
If you use Square POS with multiple locations, Invyra maps each Square location to a warehouse location automatically after connecting.
